1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ImageSEO OS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ImageSEO OS provides website image analysis, SEO recommendations, and accessibility improvement suggestions. The Service analyzes publicly accessible web pages and generates recommendations for image optimization.

The Service operates by fetching and parsing the HTML source of web pages. Images loaded exclusively via client-side JavaScript, behind authentication walls, or on pages blocked by robots.txt may not be detected. The number of images and pages analyzed may vary depending on site architecture and configuration.

2a. Scan Guarantee & Credit Policy

If a paid scan completes and finds zero analyzable images, no scan credit will be deducted from your account. Credits are only consumed when the Service successfully identifies and analyzes at least one image. This guarantee applies regardless of the reason no images were found (e.g., JavaScript rendering, robots.txt restrictions, incorrect URL).

Scan credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used (i.e., when a scan produces results). Unused credits remain available indefinitely.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only scan websites you have permission to analyze
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your website content. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ImageSEO OS and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
